Delete your Ummah IT Solutions account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Ummah IT Solutions app and client portal (portal.ummahitsolutions.com), operated by Ummah IT Solutions SMC-Private Limited.

How to request deletion

Option 1 – In the app: open the app, go to More → Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2 – By email: send an email to contact@ummahitsolutions.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address registered on your account. Please include your full name.

What happens next

• We confirm your request by email within 2 working days.
• Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 7 days.
• You will no longer be able to sign in to the app or the portal.

Data we delete

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your login details and app session
• Messages, notes, order requests and other content linked to your account

Data we may keep

Some records must be kept by law, for example invoices and payment records (kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes). These are stored securely and used only for legal and accounting requirements.
